By using TYOLLO, you agree to these terms which govern your use of our peer-to-peer encrypted messaging protocol.

ACCEPTANCE_OF_TERMS

By installing and using TYOLLO, you agree to these terms:

  • These terms constitute a binding legal agreement
  • Usage of the app indicates acceptance of all conditions
  • Disagreement with terms requires immediate discontinuation
  • Terms are effective from first app launch
  • Updates to terms will be notified within the app
  • Continued usage after updates indicates acceptance

SERVICE_DESCRIPTION

TYOLLO provides end-to-end encrypted messaging:

  • Peer-to-peer encrypted communication protocol
  • Anonymous identity via cryptographic mnemonic
  • Local-only message and media storage
  • No server-side data collection or storage
  • Open source cryptographic implementation
  • Device-to-device direct communication
TYOLLO operates as a protocol, not a traditional messaging service.

USER_RESPONSIBILITIES

Users are solely responsible for:

  • Securing their 12-word mnemonic phrase
  • Protecting device access and encryption keys
  • Complying with local laws and regulations
  • Content of messages sent through the app
  • Managing their own data backup and recovery
  • Verifying identity of communication peers
  • Maintaining device security and software updates
TYOLLO cannot recover lost mnemonics or decrypt messages.

PROHIBITED_USE_CASES

TYOLLO may not be used for:

  • Illegal activities in your jurisdiction
  • Harassment, threats, or abusive behavior
  • Spam, phishing, or unsolicited communications
  • Distribution of malware or malicious content
  • Violation of export control or encryption laws
  • Circumvention of lawful interception orders
  • Commercial use without proper licensing
Users violating these terms risk immediate termination.

ANONYMITY_DISCLAIMER

While TYOLLO provides strong anonymity:

  • Network-level analysis may reveal usage patterns
  • Device fingerprinting could compromise anonymity
  • Physical device access bypasses encryption
  • Users must practice proper operational security
  • Legal orders may compel device examination
  • Anonymity depends on proper usage practices
ABSOLUTE ANONYMITY CANNOT BE GUARANTEED IN ALL CIRCUMSTANCES.

SERVICE_AVAILABILITY

TYOLLO service availability terms:

  • No guaranteed uptime or service availability
  • Peer-to-peer nature means no central points of failure
  • Network connectivity required for message delivery
  • App store removals may affect future updates
  • Development may cease without prior notice
  • No service level agreements or uptime guarantees
USE AT YOUR OWN RISK WITH NO WARRANTY OF AVAILABILITY.

INTELLECTUAL_PROPERTY

Intellectual property rights:

  • TYOLLO app and protocol are open source
  • Users retain rights to their message content
  • Mnemonic phrases are user-generated, not owned by TYOLLO
  • Third-party libraries used under their respective licenses
  • "TYOLLO" trademark and branding rights reserved
  • Contributions to open source follow project license
Open source license terms supersede these terms where applicable.

LIABILITY_LIMITATION

TYOLLO's liability is strictly limited:

  • NO WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED
  • NO LIABILITY FOR DATA LOSS OR CORRUPTION
  • NO RESPONSIBILITY FOR COMMUNICATION FAILURES
  • NO LIABILITY FOR THIRD-PARTY ACTIONS
  • NO GUARANTEE OF ENCRYPTION EFFECTIVENESS
  • MAXIMUM LIABILITY LIMITED TO $0 (ZERO DOLLARS)
USE ENTIRELY AT YOUR OWN RISK AND DISCRETION.

INDEMNIFICATION_CLAUSE

Users agree to indemnify TYOLLO from:

  • Any illegal use of the application
  • Violation of third-party rights or privacy
  • Breach of these terms and conditions
  • Negligent or wrongful conduct while using TYOLLO
  • Any claims arising from user-generated content
  • Legal costs arising from user actions
Users bear full responsibility for their actions.

TERMINATION_PROTOCOL

Terms may be terminated:

  • By user: Uninstall app and delete all data
  • By TYOLLO: Discontinuation of app development
  • Breach of terms results in immediate termination
  • Termination does not affect data already sent
  • Users responsible for data deletion post-termination
  • No refunds (app is free)
Termination obligations survive termination of use.

GOVERNING_LAW_&_DISPUTES

Legal framework:

  • Governed by laws of app developer's jurisdiction
  • Disputes resolved through binding arbitration
  • Class action lawsuits are waived by users
  • Users consent to jurisdiction of developer's courts
  • Encryption export laws must be followed by users
  • Users responsible for compliance with local laws
International users subject to their local regulations.

MODIFICATIONS_TO_TERMS

Terms modification protocol:

  • TYOLLO reserves right to modify terms at any time
  • Users notified of changes through app updates
  • Continued use indicates acceptance of new terms
  • Material changes require explicit user consent
  • Users may terminate use if they disagree with changes
  • Historical versions available in app source code

Lost mnemonic phrases cannot be recovered. All data will be permanently lost.

LEGAL_COMPLIANCE:

Users must comply with all applicable laws. Encryption may be regulated in your jurisdiction.
